Awesome, love this piece G :) I've been thinking about this topic lately, and you've shared some important messages and perspectives here.

It's fine balance sometimes between nurturing ourselves and being community-centred. I've been thinking I need to do more for the community lately, so really timely piece. I'm there for friends and family but I feel it would be great to extend that care further out into the community. Especially during this time when we all get a bit self-absorbed trying to survive.
