Barbara, such great insight in this post :) Good on you for being so self-aware.

It can be pretty overwhelming working in your first corporate job. What you’ve realized takes many people many more years to realize — some don’t figure it out at all. Don’t care to. Or can’t be bothered doing anything about it.

Re. success and what’s important in life, that is different for everyone. What I have found is to have the confidence to walk your own path even when it is not what others undersetand. And when you find like-minded people, you will know it — hold onto them!
