Denis The Happy Mindset looks like an awesome initiative! :) I am a huge supporter of positive thinking! Will listen to your podcast, sounds wonderful. Good on you for starting your first book and can’t wait to read it.

I hear you about writing to understand the thoughts in your mind and get clarity. I love where you’ve taken your writing, from a form of personal therapy, to helping others!

I started writing poetry because it was kind of a secret language. A way to express myself without people really knowing what I was writing. I couldn’t bear for anyone to find out my innermost thoughts.

I found it a great release and it often brought clarity to me. It helped me figure out what to do next. Helped me realize who I was and be ok with it. Got me through confusing, lonely, and also joyful times in my life.

Now I write to help others be understood. To be acknowledged, to know they are enough and always have been. That they are special. I write to connect. And I connect to also be understood and acknowledged :) I love the feeling that my words have spoken to someone and made their life better in some way.
