Great research. It’s easy to feel that way. I certainly used to. Passion is such a starry-eyed concept. As if all will be rosy once it’s found. Yet the opposite is true. The same challenges come from working in a passion than other areas. I have found it’s about knowing this will happen and being determined about sticking with it. Constantly reviewing why we do what we do also helps to get through the tough moments.
