Hey Athirah, yes! I can totally relate to that. Sometimes I’m up half the night with ideas rolling around in my head. I reach over to my phone and jot them in Keep. That helps a little, but sometimes it just kicks off more new ideas while I’m in bed, and I’m jotting down notes the whole night! Lol It def does help when you’re looking at the screen the next day, half dazed, wondering what your fab ideas were the night before.
To help me sleep better, I just need to calm my mind before bed. A hot candlelit shower, not too much to eat for dinner, and stretches.
