Hey Davey, that sounds frustrating. Lol Love that line “The night time is the right time.” Have you read much about circadian rhythms? I heard it mentioned on The Mission podcast by Dr Michael Breus. He categorizes people based on their brain’s sleep cycle — not everyone is the same.
