Hey Diana, I loved reading about how you adjusted your routine to suit you. It’s tempting to copy what other ‘successful’ people do, but in reality, yeah, there are other factors involved in our life that may not enable us to replicate those routines.
Like you, I’ve also found that to fit in all the important habits I want to cultivate, spending even 15 minutes (of 5 minutes) every day, is much better than nothing at all.
