Hey dude, you're so right. The self-help industry is so saturated - people are coming up with all sorts of crap to lure the herds in.
And they are pretty clever, they know human nature: we love new, instant, exciting ways of working better, being happier, making more money etc. Even if when it comes down to it, it's all the same, just different smells.
You said something that stood out from the whole article: "there's no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to self-help. Your'e a unique person... you have to make the right decisions for you based on what you want, not on what other people think life should look like."
The problem is, that takes introspection, reflection, and the willingness to act. This is a challenge for many people.
