Hey G, Funny I was just thinking how sick I am of seeing so many money stories on here. I agree with how easy it is to obsess about money and success.
I actually don’t mind reading about tips and techniques for ideas on how to do things differently, perhaps better too. For instance, G you have given me many great insights in your aticles over the years that have helped me live better, think more widely.
It’s a good point about how reading about so much success may lead us to a scarcity mindset, maybe even fake hopes. It can be addictive.
But I don’t think it’s the fault of the writer who has chosen to share what has worked for them.
I could be wrong but I reckon it depends on how the reader uses what they’ve read. They may obsess about it all.
We can’t control how people react. We can only have good intentions and encourage people to think and play with what we share so they use what suits.
I love that you have such a strong connection with family and value quality time G. You remind us that what really matters are our relationships. And it’s true. Thanks for sharing G — don’t get too offended by my next tips article! ☺ I like to help and I believe people are capable of more than they realise and shouldn’t be left in the dark.
Xoxo
