Hey mate great angle on meditation! It’s awesome to be aware of the possible negative impacts of something that’s usually hailed as the answer to good mental well being. I find it hard to get out of my own head sometimes and when I’m feeling down, meditation doesn’t always help. It works better for me when mixed with speaking to close friends and going outdoors.
