Hey mate, looved this one! :) Great rundown on making decisions. Knowing values, relying on experience, researching for a limited amount of time, and taking action — all so helpful. I guess the only thing I’d add is that by procrastinating on decisions, you sometimes end up making a decision — by indecision!
