Hey Michael, awesome list. So valuable I bookmarked it. Thank you for sharing your experiences. It's obvious you have tested these and know what works. This will be gold in so many situations.

I especially love the explanations behind the questions. It's very clever getting a gauge by using a 10 point scale then working to get the 10.

You're so right, "you cannot see "No" as the enemy". The good thing about working in sales is you get over the "Nos" quite quickly and get so immune to it you don't fear it anymore. It's then less about fear of being rejected - and more about digging deeper to change the direction of the sale instead.
