Hey Ria, sounds like you have a full — and fulfilling life! :) These are all wonderful things to focus on. It can be so easy to get distracted can’t it? :) One method I’m trying is to keep track of minutes during the day. I’m not very good at it yet!
What sort of art do you do? And what sort of fitness activities do you enjoy?
I am doing well too thank you. I am working on being more present and productive. In writing. In climbing. With family and friends. It’s tough! I get sidetracked way too easily! My mind wanders :) So I need to keep my goals in front of me day and night… ;)
