Hey Sharon, love this list :) And Bruce Lee also inspires me. I learned kung fu for several years, and his philosophies really impacted on my life.
So wonderful to see your life broken down by day. I especially liked seeing that you visualize and meditate on your goals. Am reading James Clear’s Atomic Habits at the moment, and agree that focusing on 1% progress each day is the way to go. I am a huge fan of habits — as you are.
