Hey Susan, good on you! :) Far too much time is wasted on social media isn’t it? And you remind us that our true friends are the ones that will seek us out for a 1–1 conversation, rather than be content with FB friendship.
I personally give myself social blackout days 3–4 times a week. It’s great for productivity as it’s less distracting and helps me become more proactive instead of being reactive to social posts and wondering where all the time went! :)
