Hey Susan, oh yes, recipes don’t mean much to the older generations do they? :) I guess it’s true that anyone can hand around a recipe — but the little things they don’t write down is what makes the difference. Observing and doing never goes out of style does it? :) Haha yes that would have been quite a skill, baking without measurements… I do that sometimes and it’s a bit hit and miss. But I still keep doing it for some reason… it’s kind of fun to see what happens :)
