Hey Thomas, you must be reading my mind. I have been struggling with my forced 3–4 hour working day (kid drop offs and pick ups).

It can be stressful and frustrating trying to get so much done in such a short time. But you’ve made such a good point: whatever is important isn’t urgent. And what’s urgent is rarely important.

It’s so easy to get distracted and carried away with 1 task. By the time I know it, I’ve still got a few things on the list and my time is up. I feel like it’s because I’m not managing my time well enough. And I haven’t prioritized properly. Which comes down to sitting down and working out where I’m headed and why.

These methods sound incredibly helpful. Thank you so much for sharing them Thomas, I’ve bookmarked this post and can see it will be a great reference. Cheers!
