Hi Colleen, yes so true! :) I tagged you into a part of the post where I mention dinners aren’t always feasible so yes, try breakfast, lunch, or some other opportunity. I even suggest going out to eat! Whatever works.

Thank you for sharing that article. Sure home cooking may not be the solution for some families. I think the most important takeaway is to spend time together — it was just interesting to share the research about how meal times have been proven to help families bond. Obviously it may not work for everyone. It’s just food for thought :)
