Hi Tae, great suggestions in here :) It’s such a struggle for start ups with so much to do that it’s easy to forget the things that matter.

Branding, personality, solving customer problems, and knowing product/service offerings are great reminders about how to make a business work.

I have found that highlighting a small business owner’s personality in particular is such an edge over bigger businesses.
