Thanks for a peek at the other side of mindfulness G. Fascinating! Definitely helpful to understand the risks for certain groups. I also don't like how commercial mindfulness has become.

It's definitely torturous to sit with ourselves sometimes. I've found mindfulness helpful to keep sane throughout parenting and the the peaks and troughs of life. People around me also.

Agree it's worth understanding risks and checking in, and deciding if it's right for each person.
