Very true :) We can choose how we want to let a setback affect us. Bridget, thank you for these 7 useful ways to deal with setbacks. I especially love 5. Recognizing setbacks as seeds for opportunity and growth. It reminds us that setbacks don’t need to hold us back, that they’re signs we’re getting stagnant and there’s something more we need to learn or experience.
