I’ve highlighted so many parts of your story. I love where you are and it reinforces to me how much self-love and vulnerability can change our lives. It is so great that you have taken control of your own happiness — and realized that is all you are responsible for (and in some ways your kids of course).

I recently found out about a hula hoop concept: you can only affect your own hula hoop. When you try to get into someone else’s, it doesn’t work. They must make their own hula hoop work.
